For sale are 16 vintage cancelled U.S. postage stamps all with 3c denominations from the late 1940's. Beautiful colors and designs. These are all vertical stamps. The main photo is an example and all lots will be carefully handpicked from the stamps in Photo 2. There will be a some repeats. I am selling these mainly for paper crafts.
